Page statuses
Every page has one of four statuses. You can see it in the Pages list and change it there in bulk, or on the page itself under Settings.
Editing a page
Open a page from the Pages list. The left column holds the content, the right shows the page as visitors will see it. Changes appear in the preview as you type — you do not have to save first.
- Sections are the building blocks of a page. Drag them by the handle to reorder.
- Each section can be hidden without deleting it — useful for seasonal content.
- Add section opens the library, where every module is shown as a plain layout sketch with a short description of what it is for.
- An Unsaved changes marker appears in the top bar the moment you edit something. Preview always includes your unsaved work.
Pages and Menu are two different things
A page can exist without appearing in the navigation. The Menu section controls what visitors see in the navigation and in what order; Pages holds every page, whether it is linked or not.
Images
Images live in the File Manager. Give every image an alt text — it describes the picture for search engines and for visitors using a screen reader. The Missing alt text filter shows which ones still need it.
Who can do what
- Administrator — everything, including users and deleting pages.
- Editor — creates and edits content, cannot delete pages or manage users.
- Viewer — read-only access, useful for reviewing before publishing.
